On June 25, 2025, about 50 students from Kyutech attended a takoyaki party held at the Global Communication Lounge (GCL) on the Iizuka Campus.
The event aimed to introduce popular Japanese cuisine, including takoyaki and strawberry daifuku, to research students participating in a short-term study abroad program from April to June. Regardless of nationality or age, the students enjoyed making and eating takoyaki together, deepening cross-cultural exchange. It was also valuable for Japanese students to communicate with international students of various nationalities in English at the event.
The event was a great success, attracting many new students and fostering lively interactions among participants.
